Payments

- Payments can be made either through Paypal, Mastercard, or Bank Transfer.

- Extensions or Reservations can be arranged if you have trouble making payment by notifying us via contact page

- For pre-order, once the item arrives at our Melbourne warehouse, our system will send an invoice and text message to request for the outstanding amount. If the outstanding amount is not paid 30 days after the invoice is sent, we will no longer reserve the item for you and your pre-order is cancelled.

 Return Policies

- Upon receiving your item, if there is noticeable damage or fault, please contact us immediately with a picture of the damaged area.
